if i convert to mbs and remain a democracy, wiki says it's 5.2 nw per billion cash

11 billion cash x (4 million NW/1 billion cash) = 44 million NW
10 billion cash x (5.2 million NW/1 billion cash) = 52 million NW

i have 12 million oil barrels and about 400 ticks remaining to load up on private market units after i deplete it initially. i think i have enough private market units to use up 10 billion cash
