it is last i checked. its the govt bonuses/penalties that arent calculated.

EDIT: i guess you might not be talking about boxcar. do you mean why doesnt it show the percent also instead of just the tech amount?

I'm talking about in-game when I op somebody, you only see tech points. It should just be calculated- the points alone are useless. Also, I'm not 100% sure boxcar's tech calculations are correct either.

also boxcar's tech calc is accurate.

i agree GE. i have to go to eestats to use the tech calc which is a little inconvienent because i hand calculate all my landgrabs so its an extra process for me :P

The spyop page is a lot like the Advisor page... the Advisor page though does show %.. wish spyops did as well

nope but this is copy of earth2025 and it didn't show tech% on spyops (nor did earthstats i think but that's different thing). so mehul is to be blamed.
