you realize spal means nothing for int ally consideration =P its amount of spies =)

You just want an ally that has lots of spies. Spal is only a ratio to the spying country, not a factor in an alliance. The total amount of spies is what matters.

I realize that,but having a high ratio generally means you have a good amount of spies,ie,I have 5000 acres,if my SPAL is 75,I have 375k spies :)

that's a bit excessive lol =P

this is like a day later and i still have less spies than you and i havent failed many spies

Its a good way to protect a fluff load of missiles,and an added weapon aswell ;)
