as of this morning, there was only 1 country running a full oiler strat, unless one of the 4 gdi countries are oilers too.

The rest of the oil seems to be coming from rainbows.

It's definitely a lack of demand. Not near enough people are attacking. I'd wager one solid oiler could practically supply the entire server.
