Seems to be no bots this set?

sorry guys, not sure what happened to the bots this time :(

So now that there are bots, curious do they start with less turns because they started late or the same as if they started at beginning?

if you start late you get the turns but not the bonus turns. So it will be negligeble. if it took longer like a full day or more it would cause some strangeness with all the bots playing all their turns at once, but when its just building CS that doesnt really matter.
