Assuming you'll continue growing until the end of the set (12-14k) then your bpt is a touch light (more "for next time" advice, not worth building more now).

Also, I find a tax rate of 36% to be more efficient at the current food price.

However your main problem here is lack of indy tech. You should get that up to 155% immediately before spending many more turns.

If you can get indy tech up to 155%+ and have cash on hand to spend all your turns, then you could finish quite strongly. Although I just noticed you'll lose 165 turns which are stored :(
