What do you mean exactly?

I still get:
You have messages in your inbox!
but I also get:
You have alliance offers waiting!

Maybe I have to accept them, but I'm warring and he may die before I get to send. Or I may need to swap him out with someone more urgent for aid.

Yes accepting all the pacts clears that msg, but I also maintain unaccepted ones.

Not a big thing really, just a note on how I use it.
