An iMagNum member just reported this to me.
If you're attacking and are already on the "confirm attack" page when a country dies (or if a country dies and you go "back" in your browser to attack again) the blue footer bar gets misplaced on the main attack screen when it displays "this country is already dead". Instead of being at the bottom, it's at the top overlapping the logo and links header bar.
It's almost as if the header switches from relative to absolute position, though the links aren't in the right place either... they come out of the bar.
