You beat a country in war, you receive a % of that country's profits, but none of it's expenses.

For instance, Country A wars Country B.

Country B wins. That country has to split the rebuilding costs of Country A. From that point forward, Country B receives, lets say, 15% of all profits that Country A receives.

Country A can continue to fight for its freedom, and if achieved, would no longer have to pay Country B, and will not allowed to be hit by Country B for 72 hours while it rebuilds etc.

Will never happen, but would certainly be more interesting than just taking land or killing countries.

Profits are also difficult to define in this game since per turn expenditures vs the amount you can sell vs the amount you do sell and such factors is not fixed.

Also, if you state it will never happen, then why post?
