im just curious about solo kills because i havnt really paid attention to them in the past

yesterday i made a solokill in 3 minutes on a nub that was ~3mill more NW than me (he was ~17mill NW i believe) in 95 hits. i did however fail 2 BRs and 3 chems. i only used 15 SRs and 100% went through.

so in theory i could have done it in 90 hits. im wondering if there is anyone who has done it in less?

im assuming so since he was larger than me in NW and was a theo

edit: numbers were #144 and #311 incase anyone was curious

I've done plenty of solo landkills in the past, as well as this set..

Most of them usually took about 20-30 seconds.

well, if you can solo kill a 17mill NW 20K acre country by land killing it, then im all for it.

but i dont think this possible, so my parameters are limited. maybe i should change the topic to population solo kills. would you be happy then? im sorry my choice of words was poor

well, solo killing with 16 countries is easy

when LaE was killing RocK i believe i got 10 kills with 16 countries

but im talking 1v1, and yeah, i only had 37 chems. if i had been missile dumping all set i could of had more i guess.

but im asking if anyone has. this isnt a bragging thing. i wish to ask what their strat was and how they went about it

it prolly cant be done with much less turns, a few maybe if you have more military tech.

you could have done your kill more efficiently imo, 3 BRs, 4 CMs, 3 BRs,...

i was a tyr with 127% mil strat tech and 13mill NW and 16K acres

he was a theo with no med tech and 17mill NW and 20K acres

It was 7 kills fordie - I just checked the thread in LaE. :-P

I killed someone in Express using 182 turns. Didn't pay attention to how many hits it took, nor how many SR's/Chems I used. Guess I could look if this thread is about anything more than just yanking your own chain....which judging by your responses to others, I'm guessing it's not :-P

Oh yeah, and I land killed a 3k acre country in 5 hits 2 days ago...but only after he dropped to 50 acres to try and kill me.

well, i didnt run my ready 100% down on any of the BR runs

demo -> BR -> chem -> BR -> Chem -> SR -> BR dead

95 hits, 3 chems bounced, 2 BRs bounced, 0 demos and 0 SRs bounced

his SPAL was ~7 and SDI sub 10%, dont remember the exact numbers

only ended up having to do 15 SRs because of the number of chems i had, and i did them at the end

what i was originally trying to ask is if there was a better strat at solo killing this way, before others took this thread wrong

Chem/SR seem pretty interchangeable, imo - too lazy to bust out the calculator and check though.

Are the formulas posted somewhere?

I only say this, because I know at extremely low civ returns (5 or 6), I've still seen SR's kill 25-30 civs which is right on par w/ Chems.

I have no idea for sure though, as I've never bothered to look it up.

i highly doubt that

when i was getting 25 CM and 10 BR returns, i was getting 9 SR returns

maybe your NW had something to do with it.

as i said, i only did 15 SRs because i ran out of chems

you cant do an "all SR kill" you have to make at least 1 hit with GS, BR, or CM

in the old earth(not sure about here) and in FFA it would take 5-7 countries of SR(50 per country) to get the country to <15 pop in most cases.
