Wtf is with #28 being farmed while intag and then leaving and rejoining after hitting people?

he was quitting, not really sure why he farmed people after he left, but now he is making up for that mistake by retagging (so he won't get farmed as an untagged) and thus allowing for the clans hit to take retals on him.
