Note that I authed the leader's country to be killed, and that said leader is playing elsewhere next set.

Our leadership has had lots of turnover, give us a chance before you call us piss poor please.

as for the retal thing. Country:country was only for single grabs for unpacted clans. Pacts void that policy. Also, and don't quote me on this, I think that policy is being dropped next set?
