Set starts in 4 hours will they be final by then or will they be subject to change throughout the set?

express & FFA usually get changes first, just based on how the rounds end (FFA ends before Alliance, and Express ends every few days)

another question, will we be able to see what active bonuses are in a countries spy op?

i.e. if we spy someone will we see they have the defense bonus?
