With the change to dict's, what's the better retaler now, dict or tyranny ? Thanks!

if the country being retalled is fully built, i think dictator is slightly better.

if the country being has loads of unbuilt acres, tyrn is better.

Seen some amazing grabs by dicts this set tho.

i prefer the dic to tyr - esp if you get lucky and are retaling a farmer when you are a farmer ie same strat as yours. also you get a mil and spy bonus as you know, and because of the mil strength bonus you can have a lower nw so you have a better chance to be hitting up or the same vs. hitting down or you can look at it like you have a 25 % more " reach " with your mil then a tyr would have.

Land wise tyr is still better IMO

landwise its tyr but dict's bonuses can become useful. case by case.

Dict if you want to make it easier to retal, tyranny if you want to do more damage to the enemy in the hit.

Rep is best - it shows that you can do it with a handicap!

Personally looking at gains Tyr is just better. Dict just makes retalling easier but doesn't improve your chances to gain from retals.

dict does gain from retals, but its only slightly better if its fully tech'd and you're hitting a country with all their acres built.

Tho, dict is still better for retalling other than tyrn.
