mIRC will not let me use it anymore without paying. So i am seeing if there is another free IRC i can use thats not a site.

Leave the web site to download it please.

mIRC has been threatening to do that with me for the past year or so, but apparently after you hit the exit button once or twice and try again, it'll let you in. I don't know if we're talking about the same problem, though, because I'm assuming you tried multiple times to get on, and this problem started for me and others at the same time quite a while ago.

just uninstall mirc and reinstall it again? its 2.5mb or something

havent used mirc for a long time(like 8 years) aponic, last time i did, it stopped asking u to buy it after a few times.

also, if u tried to reinstall, it left a registry setting saying it had already reached trial end so when it reinstalled it would know trial had already lapsed.

*shrug* loads of cracks out there. if i'm using a windows machine, i break out the l33t'st client going, xircon. it never left beta, and was last updated in 1996, but its still awesome. learned a lot of fundamentals of programming writing tcl scripts for it to run better.
