The problem with that article is that it's written by someone with a very deeply held amero-centric world view, who is trying to argue that the world is centred outside of America.

It ignores a lot of dynamics but gives a lot of perspective on recent moves by the US. If you read it from that perspective, I think that it is an interesting read. If you read it as "AMERICA IS THE GREATEST" well, I think you might be a dumbass.
