anyways, i see what your problem is. as you know, we accept 1:1 retals (land:land for country:country) on tag-wide hits up till 3. then at 4 tag-wide hits it jumps to 2:1. but there are only 3 tag-wide hits in the last 48 hours, which means the following:

#200 - 1 attack made. either 1 retal (open to the entire Neo tag) or land:land if the recipient country retals their own hits.

#67 - 2 attacks made. either 2 retals (open to the entire Neo tag) or land:land if the recipient country retals their own hits.

If I were you, I would take the 1:1 deal cause you'll come out ahead.
