How is the average nw calculated? Is it always by 10 or only for up to 10 then it’s decided by the total nw devided by total number of members?

I see us in pdm with 6 members our total nw is divided by 10. Looking at monsters with 13 members is their avg nw devided by total nw and members?

its a penalty to stop people detagging and winning anw by themselves end of set

although witb 1b nw countries maybe that would win anw at 100m

yes, if you're above 10 it's divided by how many members you have, if you're below 10 it's divided by 10 which i've argued could be lowered
