Not sure if you run on-premises or cloud but with all the cloud offerings these days, surely you can set something up to burst in the cloud. It's just a text base game, surely you wouldn't need to spend much!

Would be happy to donate a couple of bucks, let me know if you need help setting this up.

Your leader has gone into exile, leaving the country in a state of chaos and civil war. Your military is now 50 % less effecting having to deal with internal affairs.

Do you know what sucks, when some country multiple taps you, takes thousands of acres and when you go to seek revenge you find out they're dead. I think if a country dies, their land should be distributed to all who have been in war with them. especially when they are sitting there dead with 10K + acres.
