Yes, it has just been the shoulder for a long time which I have dealt with. It seems to be in place relative to the rest of my shoulder but my left shoulder is sort of slanted up as a whole.

I actually got her to try liver the other day. She wasn't terribly opposed to it, but it didn't strike her fancy either. I will probably make some stew beef or maybe chicken to supplement my curry with. I am more than open to meat course suggestions though... if she doesn't have a choice she'll eat meat. ;)

I am actually not really training right now. I had a pre-existing tear of my labrum which caused a partial thickness tear of my left biceps so I can't do any lifting. I am debating whether or not to have surgery for it. I am running and doing ab work outs but that is it.

I do need to cook tonight so let me know if you've got any good suggestions. I was planning on making a chickpea curry, but if you have a better idea let me know. I've got most stock foods and meats on hand (that's what she said) and I can easily get most "standard" vegetables easily on the way home from work.
