Well, market conditions are bad for cashers (expensive tech, expensive military). Let's see if food goes over $50. :) Casher can still make top 10 because it's a strong strategy but I don't see it winning

I'm using $130 oil. It's just a spike. It wasn't the right time to force the market up, it will level back a bit. Seems avg price is still in the $190's...now that I look at the last few hours, it sold as low as $110 still. Don't panic, just use your SO's.

I think it's not an extreme difference but I think countries are in more DR... now I'm finding targets on eestats on one tab, and then cross-checking them with lenshark's page on another tab, then going back to my game tab to make hits. and lucky I even know lenshark's page, many probably don't

I just started checking Lenshark's page against EE stats. Happy with it. Just hit a guy with a 7 DR on EEstats who had a 0.36 on the other page and got a really good return

I just hit (farm) high land and low DR ppl on eestats, been getting roughly 400-500 acres/grab. It's so weird not playing dict after two sets, those early hits yielded such low land!

The main page with the full country listings doesn't deduct DR for attacks. The actual country page for it does (the thing that says "more accurate"), but doesn't list the amount of DR deducted for each attack (lists only a dash sign).

Basically, you have major inconsistencies in how the DR values are calculated and displayed on different pages.

Edit: Not only that, failed specials on a country doesn't add to its DR, but you have DR displayed for that attack. Likewise, missiles don't add or remove DR (they don't affect DR at all), but they also have DR values displayed.

For example, #70 is a country who's DR is completely calculated and displayed incorrectly.

Yes crest, failed specials dont add to DR. This change was made to stop alliances from putting each other into DR by doing failed speical attacks.

the big techer got to 30k acres in 25 days. Impressive. he's gonna finish huge.

Basically, you have major inconsistencies in how the DR values are calculated and displayed on different pages.

- the dr shown in the country list page isn't derived on the fly. it gets updated every ten minutes depending on whether the request for ranks update is successful or not. because there are times that the request gets throttled.

the dr shown on each country details view page (the one inside the blue box), on the other hand, is calculated on the fly, and gets updated every minute at the same rate the news gets updated. so it's more _accurate_ in that sense.

but hmmm. i'll try something in a while and see difference in load times...

It's not the load times though. It's that the DR displayed on the country list page and the country details view are sometimes vastly different (despite there being no new attacks on that country in the last 10 min).

For example, #211 country listing says 14.82 DR, but country detail news says 15.52 DR. 3 of those attacks shouldn't have caused DR, and a lot of attacks it made should have reduced its DR (or at least have the deduction displayed).

Updated.

The DR difference should be minimal, I have adjusted polling for ranks updates down to every 5 minutes now. I have also factored in special and missiles attacks and defends. And some other stuff.

I have also added a negative dr on the details page when a country makes an attack while in dr until the dr for that country resets to 0.

Can you make positive changes green and negative changes red like eestats does? For NW and land changes that is. This will make it easy to identify when a country last login or had market sales, etc.
