There is a luck element in the fact that all those targets you break gdi with never fight back. Most of these are good selection where you stay out of range but there are still plenty that could fight back but choose to roll over and take the hits.
I make a point of not letting someone win easily if they have gotten greedy hitting me but apparently im the minority. The only retal i didnt take this set was on Serp and i did it because i wanted him to have a shot at beating h2o.

-You are at war with somebody.
-You have superior spy power.
-you destroy most of his buildings.
-he drops his land to virtually nothing and immediately becomes a spy god with like over 250 spies per acre.

I have been ruined from special attacks in tourney. I don't double tap. The guy that got me promised to do it again. This was in C and I didn't even grab the guy once.

Probably the few times I had to kill your rainbow countries on express for farming like a jackass.

And GDI does not protect against special attacks on tourny? Even with declare war? Since when?

If you are gonna ROR based solely on a target having low D you are asking to get wrecked. You can't ignore other factors such as nukes,spies,stock and turns these are just as relevant in defence.

I have RORed before but the rare times i do its based on the target having very little oppurtunity to fight back.

You ROR because you get butthurt when you pick a target that can retal. You suck at target selection too. Classic.

lol.... I rarely show my frustrations on the forums, and it isn't a frustration with winning or losing that I show. It is frustration with people, or really a disappointment in people. I play the game being respectful of others, helping someone each set to the best of my abilities, and knowing that if I hit a guy on day one for 100 acres and he hits me later for 1000, that is my fault. (Vic taught me that before I knew Vic! Remember when he used to post noob vs pro threads?)

Unfortunately, a few people here do not play that way and think there is an entitlement bonus to the game. I have said many times that the mix of people/ personalities that make up this forum is a direct comparative of the mix of people/ personalities that make up the world. Some that live by the true Golden Rule; some who think the Golden Rule is that he who has the gold makes the rule. Some are quiet, keep to themselves. Some who take advantage of situations to better themselves as Celphi pointed out with the market issues. But it isn't always market issues where people take advantage. It is often fluff like RoR.

I have a great memory and will get my turn when the time is right. This fluffer is the third one on the list.

Dont forget to set your tax rate to 0 or close to 0 for maximum population growth.
