Warster, i think the point they are trying to make here is that there needs to be some consequences for those who are caught cheating, instead of every set trying to find or catch them at it again. There is a problem that needs to be fixed. Im OOP and have not made one attack or spy opp. You can look and see i have 120 spy opps still avail. It wont let me join GDI and says i cant because ive dome attacks or harmful opps. Something is wrong- my only guess is that its because i didnt join before i came OOP.
