I can't estimate what other players do with the general spy report. I can guess looking for targeting. If you run up against a spy specialist type country your cash bushels oil and tech are all for the taking which is precisely the tactic to employ... Not that I'd ever play like that 👀 👀

Spies are my number one tool You can't buy them. That's why my first sixty turns I build nothing but spies, and after I feel I have enough. I drop to 10% spies, on my builds. Oh yes a screwed the pooch on this set but I had fun and got pounded, But getting doubled teamed by 19 and 104, for a kill on my country, well I self deleted first. You guys need to do better to kill me lol I gave you plenty of time to do so.
