you are talking about stocking. it is an old and reliable strategy. remember to keep your food on the market when running turns to avoid decay.

most people do a current->mono->theo destock.

everything on the market, switch to mono, recall everything, sell food on PM for $35, switch to theo, destock money on PM for cheap prices. usually $225 per NW.

you have to do calculations to find the avaliable funds to PM size ratio, but it is easy if you know the formulas. I'm a rusty vet, but I would be happy to teach you the basics and destock formulas. just ask.

If you have 0% military tech, your acreage will not affect the amount of NW you can get with $2 billion dollars.

The amount of NW you can get off the public market is based on unit price, unit quantity, and market commissions.

Example: Suppose there are an infinite number of troops on the public market for $130 and you are a demo. This unit gives you the most NW / dollar spent, so you buy only troops with your money.

NW gained = (NW OF UNIT) * 2000000000 / (UNIT PRICE * (1 + COMMISSION))

NW gained = (0.5 * $2 000 000 000) / ($130 * (1 + 0)) = 7 692 307 NW

The amount of NW you can get off the private market is based on military tech, percentage of your land as MBs, and your government (theos get a 20% price reduction for buying and selling on the private market). However, your assumption of zero military tech makes no sense in this context. If you are going to destock 2 billion on the private market then you want at least some amount of military tech.

($2 025 * (1 - (.95 / 11)) * 0.8 * 0.75) / 6.5 = $170.8 / NW


95% max military DMBR is:

($2 025 * (1 - (.95 / 6)) * 0.75) / 6.5 = $196.6 / NW
