I hope not; but yea, it would appear that my ISP started blocking mailservers =( I thought it might be a config issue, but it looks like i'm blocked. Fortunately, pang was already working on a replacement some time ago, so we just need to finish pushing that code in

well, shouldnt this be worked on right away? :P shouldnt be a long term project since this is kinda... very important to site functions.

in theory i've fixed this; i'll have to see if i can resend out emails...
