In regards to switching, isn't it like you only lose 14% if you switch and your not a monarch or regardless you will lose 14% after your first switch?

Also when does a dr drop here in express? I read somewhere its 8hrs.

Ah when it comes to dr, what I meant was, you know for the dr to refresh back to max or to have one of the most recent hits to not be counted for dr in express?

It is a base of 8 hours HALF-LIFE. Which means it's not necessarily 8 (depends on how much people oversend) and that after this ~8 hour amount of time, that DR drops to 0.5 DR

after a big number of years spent in this game ( no idea how many ) the guy can`t actually run a decent country( i blame the IQ ).

regardless, i have finished in the top 10 in every server i have netted on (11th on alliance in EE if you want to get specific), and have 1st place finishes on my main server of FFA, despite only seriously netting for maybe 1/10 of my time in this game. you keep on hatin, ima keep on lovin it.
