Unfortunately quaxbi (aka elvesrus) has had to step down unexpectedy as Director of PDM.

As a result I have been reinstated as director of PDM.

I did play a country for the 75th, but I'm still retired. My attempts to combine HoW and HFA met with very very poor results.
