I fluctuate between 280-240 depending on the time of the year. Winter time is my heaviest time of the year. Then in summer i slim down due to working. Sad though really.. i was 205 solid at 6'2. Worked out all te time, power lifted. Then i got married... and it all went to fluff :/

was a thing on TV last night about a guy maybe mid 40s? He weighs 780 lbs.
Doc said he needs to drop over 50 pounds before he can get surgery to take any off.
Sad really, guess weight sneaks up on you before it dawns whats happening.
