1. 48 hr retal window from the time of the hit.
2. Topfeed is defined as hitting a country that has 125% of your land prior to the hit.
3. Topfeed will be retalled 150%.
4. Escalating retals or 80% land:land, whichever is greater, for normal grabs.
5. Anything not mentioned above involves FA contact.

I personally reject any and all claims of "topfeeding". There is NO SUCH THING! It is impossible.

I view the idea of having so much land that you become a target as a TARGET OF OPPORTUNITY, not a TOPFEED, if you can't deal with this idea, SCREW YOU! I will KILL any country that tries to enforce a special "topfeeding" retal policy upon my country. You don't have to like it, but you will have to deal with it.
