we don't know that for sure but some assume its same as def/off allies aka we get 25% of allies spies to help us etc.
Patience: Yep, I'm with ELK and Marshal.

So allies support with their total number of spies.

Assuming it also has the restriction of your allies spy help not being able to double your own spy strength right?
