How to I join the GDI with my bonus points? I have the available amount of points but when I click the checkbox nothing happens!!!

You first need to join GDI by clicking the GDI link on the main menu. Then you can get the free GDI on the bonus page.

Can you still join GDI after you have hit, after waiting 18 hours with no harmful ops or attacks.

Once you have made any attacks, GDI becomes unavailable for the rest of the reset.
