I have looked everywhere and can not find what the autobuy prices are on this server. anybody know?

yeap, the price at which the game buys the item as soon as it hits the market. I think it's $500 on tech but what is it on military, food and oil?

food is ~25 and oil is maybe same, 500 is techs autobuy price.
