One thing I never understood is why Bushels were so damn expensive. Farmers are propped up by the prices, while indies aren't given the same benefit.

i'm guessing that Donny needs a handicap sticker. please fill out the form when it's available, citing all reasons why you are unable to play the game without a handicap.

Well, it is a fairly ridiculous price.

I'm not sure what price seems reasonable without currently affecting the market though. $100? $75? $60? $50? Lower? Higher?

If you put them at $50, there would be time when it actually does drastically affect the market each set. Perhaps that's okay, but I'd say there's generally a decent balance between casher and farmer right now, and I'd hate to screw that up.

At the same time, just don't screw up and buy bushels on the private market and you don't have to worry about it.

Remember a tmbr gets around a 45% discount. To avoid messing up the balance i'd say you need to keep them above 60 for even a tmbr, which would mean they'd be around 110 or so.

120 would be a reasonable price. It would cap the food peak at $70ish, if there were TMBRs to resell food.
