I don't think the clans currently at war need oil that much. Most of them are doing 5k gs/br break. :P

Try hoard oil instead. Wait until more wars happen.

most countries are in 1.5-2.5m nw so breaks aren't high so less oil needed and oil was bought earlier or have rigs so no need for oil.

With such small breaks, people can either have stocked enough to last a long time or build a few hundred rigs to sustain their usage at this rate. Wars later on in the set will use up much more oil!

Dude, EE is not real economics - early war = cheap oil. Oil and food are going to suck this set.
