If we can't settle it peacefully, how about an SS/PS only war next set? Wars have been too much about destroying land, when really it should be about getting more land. We could set a new trend for productive warring! (plus it would be awesome to try and figure out the best country strategy for such a war)

Commies have an initial advantage so, you use them to cripple the other clan techers before they can start to grow and become a problem.

and make your own rule on retal (e.g. retal should SS only)
no one would care about that if you're untagged.
alliances are not following pacts anyways. lol

but just kidding. just don't do stupid things that might ruin the game. if unresolved, just make it a reason for a very fun set next set. lol

By resolves this do you mean that you are going to somehow lose a ton of networth on your finish again by making terrible decisions?
