I've never cited my reasons for leaving that way. It's always been about "how I've enjoyed my time at XXX place but I feel that this new opportunity is too good for me to pass up as it will allow me to grow further professionally". (ie I'm not leaving because I hate you it's just time for me to move on).

Loyalty doesn't mean anything in the working world anyway. No DB pensions = no loyalty. When things get tough they would turf me pretty fast, 'tis the way the world works.
