no- i wanted to see if he wanted to join our tag and play "nice". i was thinking it was a n00b - they might need to know how the system works. you don't gs someone just a hand full of times with 4 countries each. you wait till you have 120 on hand ,then you kill. at least give yourself some satisfaction before you know you are going to die//

That guy also was trying to join TKO, but after I messaged him ingame and was trying to see how he would play, he sent a couple of missiles at NBK.
So had no choice and "rejected"/"denied" app.
