Ummm I offered the uNAP before we made a decision on who we were going to war. Until a few hours before the chat we were hoping to hear back from MD about a friendly but I couldn't get in touch with them.

We're worried about RAGE, a tag that's strictly netting with no war prep whatsoever.

Tis cuz ppl have been complaining that FS's are too strong.. So qzjul decided to put a cap on FS's (only for Sanct tho, were the guinea pigs).. So we cant kill more than 3 countries per 22 hours, or else mods use magic from Utopia to turn our money to fools gold.
