It's pretty weak to do either this or self-delete, but hoenestly, "dealing" with it is pretty impossible. What are you going to do? Punish the clan by warring them? Once you've declared war and are destroying them as best as you can, what further can you do to them?

People care too much about war stats and how many kills you got. Those stats can easily be boosted by killing restarts.

What matters is how many big countries you have left. Even if the otherwise does more attacks and gets more kills than you, the alliance with the big countries left standing in the end is the alliance that won the war.

Whether or not the country is in IMP when it dies, it does not change the fact that IMP no longer has that country. If you care about people detagging just before dying, then you are warring for the wrong reasons.
