I'm a stocking casher and have some queries.

I have 2 options now:

a) go over the $2b limit and lose money to corruption
b) buy bushels at high price on the public market and sell them at approx $35 at the end of the reset in my private market. This will result in quite a substantial loss of value.

At what point would option a) be better than option b)?

You lose 0.1% of your cash over $2b each turn

So figure out how many turns you will be cashing with over 2B cash (call it X turns), and calculate 0.999^X
That is the percentage your cash stockpile will decay to corruption.

Take the public market price for food, multiply it by 1.06 if needed, and then divide it by either $35 or $36 depending on your destocking method. That is the percentage your stockpile will lose value if it is converted to bushels.

A more complex calculation would be to assume that you stockpile cash over the $2b limit, and then you buy food at $36 once food crashes, and then keep cashing turns while no longer over the $2b limit. If you're really into math, you could figure out how to adapt the above equations to represent that scenario, as it may turn out to be the best option for you.

In short, your gonna have to buy bushels unless you get decay bonus.

Cause bushels stay at $40+ for atleast 2 weeks.
