I like USA Soccer Guy's write up:

Christian Pulisic is undeniafiably the headline maker as Chelsea Franchise Club hand the L to Man City Franchise Club in the EPL League Battle of the Blue Uniforms. The American made the first stain on the sheets at Stanford Bridge as he capitalized on some dumbass deefense from the Abu Diaby-owned soccer franchise to kick it right in the ball bag. Kevin the Brain knotted things up at ones with his real smart felony kick equalization play after the half-time show, but the Pulisic-inspirized home franchise would not be denied. A Rio Ferdinandinho hand felony in the danger box zone got him a major felony card and allowed his fellow Mexican Will.i.an to insert the death strike. But this game was all about Pulisic, with soccer fans up in the bleachers singing a bunch of songs about how neat he is at soccer and how it's too bad no other franchise got him on their roster before they did because now they'll have to go watch on as they dominize British soccer for, like, a real long time. Liver Pool also won the EPL League World Championship or something.

Congrats to winner and the other big finish in second. Finished 4th again (with something like 250 turns unplayed) I guess if I'd used those turns earlier to grab more I could have done better and getting land was super easy this set but i just didn't have the time.

I'm thinking the same - this guy hit me too and stole a ton of tech. I got suicided near the end of the set a while back and I didn't mind so much cause whilst it sucked, it was clearly a deliberate attempt to knock me out of the top ten and it was a tagged player who did it so i let it go as legitimate team play.

This, though is just bullfluff.

Really good finish for first time back. I needed 3-4 sets to knock off the rust on little variables to maximize nw

Thanks I'll give it another go this set. Is there usually still a market buyout cause there wasn't this set. Jets only sold up to 297 which is kind of low compared with what I'm used to.

a) check the scores for prev reset, the bots are coloured yellow, will give you a clue to bot names. Also bots never have saved turns and usually have 240cs

b) the game is now 40 or so humans playing against each other and grabbing humans is generally seen as bad form as you can grab all the land you need from bots. If you do grab humans just grab once, never twice, any competent or determined player will wreck you for it.

Looks like I caught it off a colleague who returned from Spain on Monday coughing constantly until we sent him home. Its not really bothered me at all, just a shortness of breath and occasional cough. Girlfriend is worse but not too bad. If this is the same virus it appears it can manifest completely differently from individual to individual.

We're all arguing about something entirely hypothetical anyway as the James Bond actor is and remains WHITE. There was actually a lot of fuss in the UK press back when he was first cast about him being blonde, ppl were saying there shouldn't be a blond bond. Anyway if the stories were still set in the post war / cold war era having a black actor play bond would be a bit hard to believe but as the stories are set in the present day then there's no problem at all. Hell we could have a Muslim Bond.

I doubt it, it's just to create a moment in the film where they say come in 007 and she walks in when people are expecting to see Daniel Craig. So a 00 means an agent licensed to kill, there have always been multiple 00 agents, say they have 20 on the go, when one retires or gets killed they replace them and give the new agent the old agent's 00 designation. So it's still a James Bond movie and unless it bombs there will be more in the future and James Bond will always be a guy cause the clue is in the name James. He could be black though, we do have black people in the UK you know and black people working for MI6.

Is it worth investing in luck? How much. Tbh much as I find earthquakes incredibly annoying I think building costs or expenses is a better investment but I remain to be convinced.

I suggest you make one.

Bots aren't a detail but a major aspect of the game, as important as turns, units or government type so why isn't it mentioned on the server details page? The amount of times this gets asked clearly it's not obvious to new players.

There should be something that explains bots to new players but no, for some reason it's yet another aspect of this game that is kept secret and people won't find out about it until they ask on the forums.
