mcgowan will be back? i haven't heard anything new, not since his dead arm from last season that shut him down. morrow and romero.. you can not make it to the playoffs with two young, barely proven pitchers (although very talented, i like them both a lot.) drabek lets pray he does well.

as for our lineup, well, i'm personally elated that wells was shipped out of town. and i agree so much on russel martin, i think he's great.

we can build all we want, we'll never get any help through free agency.

but as you say, he's so much better than that tool jp

and how do you mean for the cba, they are talking about adding more teams to the playoffs? through wildcards?

i was watching that on the speed channel ford. it was very well done.

they actually showed the footage of him celebrating after the race, and then (i think?) the driver of the 36 came and told him, and you could see the smile drop from his face. very sad.

my understanding was that the french in english was due to the normans, i guess i was wrong.

both pearl and harbour are common nouns, but Pearl Harbor is a proper noun. i would still type harbour any time not referencing the american naval base.

it would be considered pearl harbor because it is distinctly american, which avoids the our as opposed to or whenever possible (troubadour, for example, in america, is still troubadour)

but again, as i mentioned, i failed that english class (so forgive me if i'm wrong, i just understand it it to be so)

(far less of a clue than fooglmog who clearly has one)

japan and korea i know have a storied past to say the least. i think the 38th parralel was an agreement between the japanese and the russians originally? we all know how well that has worked out

i haven't been able to find class name for this japanese sub, i'd like to take a look at it's weaponry (i would imagine it is less offensively equipped than the trident carrying virginias :P)
