Perhaps remove DR from purples too? This way they can get shriveled up faster and the cheater can watch his country get cannibalized. I think being able to farm purples is a good idea, plus the prospect of getting land back from one is nice.

Also, should we be so ban happy on a dying game? Do we have the volume of members to be so willing to push some away? Just an honest question there. I know some of these rules are here for good reason and I do honestly support most of them, but I wouldn't try coming off so willing to ban personally. Just my to cents. Plus I love swearing, that rule almost means Rokkie can't talk in public channels too lol.
