When was food expensive? I tried to play a farmer the last like 5 sets and food has been under 40 hell under like 35 which means it's better to sell on my priv for at least the first 3 and a half days. Oh whoop dee do if food is above 40 or more when he first 60% o the game is awful for farmers.
Food's been low since the new changes to allies. Theres just too many ass/noobs/cheaters dumping food. 1 person can provide like food for like 10-15 people in turns even without being big, it's so silly. It's like people insist of selling food at X price or lower without even trying to win.
Why not just give a maximum of 6 points over 24 hours with the min being 18? So you get 3 points per 12 hours and the next block is a min 6 but max 12?
sure raise the min wage
then watch the costs of goods rise to compensate.

The only cost in running a business isn't just paying people. The price of goods doesn't double just because you double someones wage. Doubling the price of someone working at McDonalds doesn't mean the price of the raw food,rent or utilities rise either. Unfortunately business look at wages as a running cost and use that as an excuse to pay as little as possible.
OK, how about all tags play a little game and allow internal trading, mass internal FA, tech leaching, landfarms, everything that an alliance can do to propel one player to the highest possible NW. No holds barred, pull out the stops and lets see how it goes. I am betting that it would not end the game, in fact, I bet it would be the most fun set in a long time. How high can the bar be set if an alliance puts away the egos for a common cause?
I love how its always the Laf guys that are opposed to shaking up the game. They have so much invested in a set of strats from years ago and they are desperately clinging to the past. Its a game, let loose and play it like one.
Same Tech , Same Land the rep will out cash the theo assuming stocking tech levels.
A theo needs a lot more land than a rep which is a very large consideration to take into the strength of a strat.
Because a Theo has 1 way to destock it has very little resilience to being grabbed. I've seen commies get retalled/grabbed and finished first. These were large 4 digit hits. I don't a Theo has that kind of resilience. Getting hit during the 24 hour logout causes an insane amount of NW lost @_@.

As little as I want to type - Theo's destock $ to NW really cheap while generating a lot less cash while Rep's destock $ to NW really expensive compared to a Theo while generating a lot more cash on the same stats as a Theo.
Theo Casher has potential to be winner but I feel it's a fragile strat. I've played a Theo Casher a few times and the pressure of the strat is constant. Compared to a Rep you don't even have to interact with the server and you'll get a top 10 with a small possibility of winning.
You guys are all welcome to stop playing CI for a set or two to prove me wrong. I don't mind 'shrug'.
