I concur, I was at a workplace (many years ago) were a staff member set a bios password and forgot and went around claiming their computer was hacked. We eventually got them to admit that they were stupid.

Whats wrong? Tools that assist clans to DR small neutrals into the ground so that they leave the server... The land pool decreases and more pressure is put on neutrals and increased conflict and land trading occurs. Eventually smaller clans will get hammered and farmed more and more until they collapse as they are unable to effectively war with larger clans farming them.

Its been a problem for years and years. The current situation was predictable from 2004.

from a warclan perspective, i don't see a problem with any of this, it would have been an excuse to war. Win or lose, laf would have suffered because they would be forced into a war which reduces final networth.

With less neutrals thanks to netgainers farming the living fluff out of them, its no wonder people can't laugh off a loss of acres in an exchange. In the good old days you would get to 30k acres, someone would take 1k off you in an exchange and you would laugh and say hahaha time for me to buy some turrets.

Now its more like, you looked at my land the wrong way I am gonna cut you up motherfluffer.

The fact that virtually everyone denying global warming is receiving money that influences what they say is the only evidence I need to prove that its real. All the other bogus global warming data doesn't count as much as that.

I talked to a dude yesterday that was talking fluff, pulling numbers out of the air, and I was correcting him with the real scientific figures and he was like 'yeah but thats not the point, its the thought that counts'.

Pro-environmentalists shoot themselves in the feet which allows anti-globalwarming trolls to claim it doesn't exist.

Hmmm. The problem is the current way policies have evolved thanks to various influences.

Now many clans DR neutrals into the ground with no fear of reprisal because if a neutral sends a missile or an AB that country will be killed. Totally friendly towards new players.

Doesn't sound bad, but theres one stretch of road where people go too fast, then clip the other car thats out too far, and suddenly you see a car spining through the air like a football for 200m down the road. I don't think anyones been killed yet luckily, but its a real WTF moment when you are walking and see a car flying through the air.

They changed the road from four lanes down to two lanes because people kept crashing into the power pole on the same blind corner...

Clans. Personally I am against DR'ing neutrals into the ground but many aren't.

It could be a good idea for taking over abandonned countries or even add a story element about skynet.

The real issue is if you allow certain bots that virtually gives justification for other bots to return. This could/would cause a spiralling decay of the game. How would you keep other bots out?

The justification for farming neutrals out of the game is "you suck if you don't dr them into the ground"

It will simply be adjusted to "you suck if you don't get free land off bots"

Just a note; Japanese unions often support pay cuts and cuts to conditions to preserve jobs and company growth.

So unions are not always terrible, just certain outdated models of them are.

Changing the union would be a better option. The techers union in Australia is more focused on services and support. Even i'm tempted to join the union :O. The Australian techers union doesn't support pedo teachers, thats what certain religious groups are for o.O. Thats a flame based on 20 years ago, so its probably very unfair to say now.

The only problem with the union is higher pay for less qualified people and lower pay for more qualified.

This thread interests me quite a bit as I have to teach industrial relations this semester >.>.

I rather like the new strategy tips that pop up when playing turns, whats impressive is that the tips are actually helpful rather than the ancient ones from earth.

An enhancement for alliance server would be to allow clans to adjust the tips or add new tips for their members. This would help with coordination of strategy or custom clan/alliance messages.

Not sure whether anyone would agree though, its a pretty minor suggestion.

For example:
war clan: Advising members of suitable military levels adjustable throughout the reset or tell members methods to regain lost readiness.

Netting clan: telling members to lower their per turn costs, and how to stockpile more efficiently

War usually adjusts the market on alliance as players change strat to meet market demand.

If we doubled the player base there probably wouldn't be shortages :D

This suggested system has a flaw if there is a buy out in a larger market, it will cause havoc on the smaller markets. it is an interesting idea though.

Under normal conditions, when the larger server market will have lower prices there will be increased supply and lower prices in the smaller servers. However a buy out, though more difficult (expensive), would suck the smaller servers dry or raise the price in those servers to match the higher price in server being bought out.

I agree it would make the bonus easier to use.

Bonus for spies would be cool :O though probably not needed.

Turns bonus is technically a bonus for offense if used properly :). Thats two extra attacks per day, maybe more :O

If you can normally make 24 attacks per day (low average), then 2 extra attacks is an 8% boost to offense.
