BC and EE are not hosted on the same connection so I'm not quite sure what the issue would be.

works fine for me so could be that there's some routing problem between you and bc/ee.

And yea, EE and Boxcar are on different locations; EE and Evolution2025 are on the same box though...

I'm still experiencing this issue during early, EARLY, mornings. I play my turns, as I can get on my PC easier without people wanting to use it to "check my facebook:P" etc...

Any idea what would be causing this? My ISP?
