fixed that for ya.

40 oil generate 30 troops, 25 turrets, 25 jets and 10 tanks

so no to the original posters question it is not.

4 barrels is equal to 1 tick worth of regeneration per acre

thanks! nice to know and simple:

spending 4 barrels of oil per acre of land generating units on the private market

produces the same number of units that the private market generates each game turn

i think looking at it this way will make some destocks much easier to estimate
