i converted and once all my buildings were built i got ab'd and i rebuild and he keeps stealing my cash this is a terrible set.

I'm a techer too. Does that mean that I'm already late? ^^

depends how much stock you have an how fast you can destock.

I decided to jump a little earlier to try to destock at a higher $/bushel, but most of my stock got stuck on the market as it dropped and was sold at $39, anyway (bad).

I also overestimated the profitability of reselling. I was thinking I could do $3m NW a day as full 23k TMBR, but looking at historical market prices, I'm lucky if the public market hits $250/NW at the end of the set. So in hindsight, maybe stock a few more days before conversion, but only with the power of hindsight =D

My stock got stuck on the market too when i started jumping. P)ut it 44 and 46 and prices went down to 39. I think both of us putting 200m bushels+ each crashed the market lol.

I have an idea, but for strategy sake, I'm not going to disclose it now =D

And yes, bushel volume is so low 1 or 2 destockers can tank the market. I tried splitting my stock up, only putting 90mil on at a time to avoid this, but no luck ,still crashed, lol.

I didn't think Upyours could do so good, if if I followed him since the beginning because he is my ally (intel since the beginning, and def now). That's true he had a reset without troubles.

btw i played about as good a techer as i could play this set. had very little trouble. MB coulda had a few more mm NW if I had continued stocking for a few days rather than jumping, but looks like techer isn't an overpowered strat on this server. Seeing how tech stays around 2k for most of the set (no 5k, 4k, 3k at the beginning of the set, i dunno why, but tech isn't so valuable early-set). Looks like the strategies are pretty well balanced with commies, farmers, and techers all finishing around the same NW.

I was but regardless I don't think I could beat your networth in any way. You played well as a cookie Indy. If I run the same strats I probably won't even get to the top 10 list.
