Frustrating to have a good spal and still fail

A bunch of ops, I just failed 6 to get a simple spy op on a country with a spal of 9, I'm at 17, anyone else noticing this?

Mess with me you better kill me, or I'll just take your pride & joy and jack it up

yes. either getting spied out or you were unlucky.

I am failing way more ops than usual. I’m almost 30 spal now, as usual, yet I keep dumping tons of turns trying to op guys with less than 10 spal. It’s kind of funny. Gotta be spied out.

maybe bots spal is counted differently than human (besides ratski) players spal.

I have noticed this as well. send 3 mil against a country with only 200 thousand and out of 40 ops you fail 14 times. countries are 30k land and 12000mil

well if you are doing basic spy op, there is no "Spied out" involved, Spy is not affected by spy DR like the other ops, so its your bad luck, so far I have failed 1 spy op out of dozens and my spal is crap like less then 10.

Same thing been happening to me. I failed several times on a guy with about 1/3 my spal today. my guess was his allies were really good, but its been happening more than with just that guy I've noted.
